Your email address, when you sign in, follow a company or subscribe. For a follow: the companies, the page you followed from, and when you confirmed or stopped. For a subscriber: the plan, the price, the renewal date, Stripe's customer number and your API key; and the confirmation you ticked before payment, with its time and your IP address. A sign-in link, which works once for 30 minutes. A copy of each email we send you.

Your card: Stripe takes it, we never see it. The pages carry no advertising, no tracking cookies and no analytics scripts.

Signing in sets one cookie, pi, which says who is signed in: signed, sent only over HTTPS, unreadable by scripts, for 30 days or until you sign out.

Cloudflare carries the site and sends our email, and holds the database; Stripe takes payments; our own server serves the pages and keeps ordinary request logs (address, page, time). Nobody else. Your address is never sold and never used to advertise.

Thirty days after a subscription ends, its record, its key and the confirmation you ticked are deleted. Thirty days after you stop all follow emails, your address and your follows are deleted. Sign-in links are deleted 30 days after they expire, and our copies of emails to you 30 days after they are sent, once you neither subscribe nor follow. Stripe keeps payment records as long as the law requires.

Every follow email has a one-click link to stop. Cancel a subscription from your account page. To see or delete what we keep about you sooner, write to info@exascaledata.net.
